Announcement Calls 2024
In 2024, Longfonds will once again award various subsidies to facilitate essential lung research, as scientific research is indispensable in the fight against lung diseases. Longfonds aims to directly benefit people with lung diseases from the outcomes of this research.

Longfonds grants subsidies for impactful research and promotes talent development. We involve people with lung diseases in discussions and evaluations. We are pleased to announce the following subsidy rounds for 2024:
Two consortium grants: 'Siegert-Haaksman Fund'
- Call starts on: January 15, 2024
- Amount: €650,000 each
- Theme: Research on asthma and allergies in children
Junior Investigator Subsidie, including the Rutgers Kickstart Subsidie
- Call starts on: February 12, 2024
- Amount: €250,000 each
- Theme: We follow the themes of our current research strategy here.
PPS-toeslag
- Call starts on: March 6, 2024
- Amount: €365,000
